Marriage License Application Instructions


Welcome to Santa Rosa's Online Marriage Application.

Office Hours: 8am-4:30pm CST
Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays

We are now offering a service that allows you to complete the marriage application completely online without coming to our office!


If you would like to complete the process online within business hours, the following are required:
  • A web camera
  • Both parties present and viewable on camera
  • Copies of both parties' identification, such as a driver's license, in the form of PDFs
  • A way to send, receive, sign, and properly print PDFs
  • A credit card for payment
